Chef Daniel's fish soup

Boil the water and when it boils, add the finely chopped vegetables: onion, carrot, celery, cabbage, potatoes, parsley and, of course, leustean. When the vegetables are cooked, add the fish borscht.

At the end, the diced fish pieces are added to the pot. This kind of soup to do with catfish, carp, carp. Leave the fish to boil for only 10-15 minutes.

And the little ones enjoy the participation and the inviting smell..
